Process air solutions from AERZEN are used in many ways in the food and feed industry. The confidence of plant manufacturers and manufacturing final customers is correspondingly high. Typical applications are the pneumatic conveying of powders and granulates, as well as the loosening of bulk materials.
Contaminations are excluded: especially in the food industry, it is crucial to be able to rely on process air. It must be absolutely free from impurities such as oil, abrasion or insulating material. For a good reason, for example, AERZEN has developed silencers without insulating material according to the reaction principle and equips them with a special spark arrester in view of explosion protection.

The structured identification of potential hazards, then, forms the basis for effective risk management.
