Wide range of trend-setting blower and compressor solutions
The highly efficient series among the exhibits Delta Screw (screw compressors) and Delta Hybrid (screw blowers), oil-injected screw compressor stages for stationary or mobile compressed air compressors, vacuum blowers and water-injected screw compressor stages for efficient and safe compression of hydrogen. An example of customised engineering are the two-stage screw compressors of the 2C series. Due to the seamless overlap of the performance ranges within the 2C series, these compressed air packages can be adapted highly flexibly to application-specific requirements such as volume flows and pressure ranges in order to achieve the best possible machine utilisation for maximum economic operation. For the water-cooled version, heat recovery via heat exchanger can be implemented as an option. This opens up further energy efficiency potential.
AERprogress Digital services for process optimisation
Representative for the digital transformation of blower technology is the innovative IIoT platform AERprogress. AERprogress uses existing machine and sensor data of the plant and enables statements to be made about failure probabilities, operational states, trends and optimisation possibilities. Costly sensor technology on the process air packages can be dispensed with. AERprogress is scalable and available for different application scenarios such as energy efficiency optimisation, live monitoring or predictive maintenance.

Hydrogen compression with screw compressors
Another focus of the fair is hydrogen compression. AERZEN has been working on this topic for decades and offers a wide range of trend-setting compressor stages, including both oil-free and oil-flooded versions. The screw compressors achieve top marks in the areas of efficiency, installation space, economy and process reliability and have proven themselves successfully in numerous applications. In particular, their insensitivity to fluctuating operating conditions and their design-related internal compression without free mass forces make screw compressors flexible endurance runners with the lowest maintenance intensity and comparatively low operating costs in full and partial load operation.
